Meet Cliff

After spending 21 years in Canada, Cliff came to Nashville, TN, where he attended Lipscomb University. His sales career started shortly thereafter with a variety of jobs that he gained through connections and networking. Although excelling in most ventures, he discovered that it wasn’t the product or service he was selling that he was interested in, but it was the people he served. Wanting to delve deeper into his understanding of people, he returned to school and earned a degree in Psychology.

Downsizing & Senior Relocation

His newfound understanding of people and how they work, their needs, desires, and struggles, coupled with his sales experience and business acumen, made him the perfect person for his role at a Downsizing and relocation firm for seniors. Hired as Sales Manager at the company, Cliff quickly fell in love with his role and the opportunity to serve his clients at a deeper level. Daily, he was able to utilize both his sales expertise and counseling skills to assist clients as they navigated the overwhelming and stressful process of downsizing. His role involved exploring his clients’ circumstances, counseling all parties involved, and coordinating a path forward that relieved stress while ensuring events unfolded with success.

After spending six years helping folks downsize and relocate, Cliff noticed a void in the process. His clients’ Realtors, although skilled in selling houses, were not educated in the real estate downsizing process and ended up adding stress to an already overwhelming circumstance.

Transition to Downsizing Realtor Specialist

Cliff’s true calling came to light. All experiences, education, training, and background came full circle. He left the company he loved and took his knowledge and experience to fill the missing piece of the puzzle in the downsizing process. Cliff went into Real Estate, specializing in downsizing. Now, his daily passion is to educate his community, empower those who are overwhelmed by the tasks that face them, and assist those who choose to downsize so they can live their best life yet.

Cliff lives in Mt. Juliet, TN, with his beautiful wife Kristy and their three children, Stark, Ellie, and Riley. Together, they enjoy visiting family in Canada, camping, taking beach trips, or spending time at the pool.
